Trump stepping down would be the very best thing that could happen, but I don't believe that will happen.

You know that is a lie, the last thing that Trump would ever do is “put the country first,” nothing comes first with Trump but Trump, he’s too much a narcissist

All indications suggest his health is in steep decline. Even Trump can see the midterms do not look good for him. If he can cut a deal with the Dems to allow him to slip away, he may resign. Then a completely unqualified VP would get the job. Trump makes a mess everywhere he goes.

get to? If they get power, they have to. Trump is breaking all the rules that hold presidents in place. We have to restore the Republic.
Why? How?
I tell you one way to restore the Republic is to get genuine Congressional representation.
I have come across family letters where they wrote Congress and they actually got replies and effected change.
That can't even happen now due to legalized bribery called "Lobbying".
One cousin was getting fucked over on the electric with daily brownouts while trying to work, so he ran for office and won and fixed the electric situation for everybody in the area.
That's the America I grew up in.
