I love this issue...

1. It illistrates the hypocracy of the Cons who were okay with listening in on private phone conversations, but cant abide by the possability that someone might see a faceless, black and white image that includes the outline of there junk.

2. It provides for lots of humor see illistrations above...

3. Its got Dixie off his rocker again!


Ohh and put your money on Obama's re-election, Dixie has officially predicted his demise...! You cant get great odds in Vegas if you belive Dixie and care to put your money where your mouth is.

It makes for great office entertainment. I can just see how red his face is getting. There is a lot of mis-information out there and the public is being misled. This is not being done to "every passenger"! THey are not intentionally touching anyones "junk".... and the inspection is reasonably related to attempts that have happened in the past...

That being said, I personally belive TSA has gone too far! There must be some reasonable alternative. I find the purnatanical fear of having annomous person see a black and white outline of your junk kinda funny.

Its VERY funny that this complaint seems to be coming form the wing of the party that was okay with President Bush completly ignoring the 4th Amendment. The same people that complained that the LIBERALS were making the terrorists job easier by trying to enforce the Constitution!

The next thing you know the government will be recomending that all men over 50 have there anus fingered once a year to screen for cancer!

What are you talking about? The NEW TSA policy is to provide air passengers only 1 of 2 choices: A full body x-ray (dangerous for frequent fliers and flight personnel) or a very invasive pat down. This means EVERYONE including infants!

Israel suffers the most terror threats-they have implemented what is considered one of the best airport security systems using a combination of policy and procedures including profiling

Why don't you start calling us all names, and mocking our intelligence? That should work wonders in securing the "swing vote" for 2012! MORON!

I think you miss my point here. If, as a result of what I believe is excessive invasion of privacy, I exercise my right to take my business elsewhere, even though it may not be much of an option, I can promise you that lost dollars will cause change in current procedures at the airports.

I mean fuck it, I hate the airlines already, if i have to put up with this shit, I'll add some time to my trip and drive or take a train, fuck the airlines.

if the screeners were part of the airport private enterprise, then you would indeed have a valid point. The TSA are NOT private enterprise employees though, they are an official branch of the US government, therefore your argument is invalid.

Yes... this is a totally smart approach... let's destroy the airline industry we just bailed out and got back on its feet after 9/11! Those big greedy capitalist airliners just use up fossil fuels and pollute the air anyway, right? It's best we all find different ways to travel about, like maybe a horse and buggy?

Like hell it is. If enough people refuse to fly because of excessive security I can assure you the procedures will change. I promise you if the airlines get enough phone calls of people complaining and declining revenues then procedures will change.

Uhmmm.... These measures were not implemented by the airliners. They were implemented by Janet Napalitano (aka: Big Sis) and the Federal Government, via TSA. I am quite sure the airliners want nothing more than to do away with this nonsense, but it's not in their control, and the amount of business they lose, has nothing to do with it. Please tell me you aren't really this stupid?
