I didn't screw up, and I didn't "call him a liar." I said he was being honorable, but that his assessment wasn't "necessarily honest."

And, to support your gotcha, you want to cherrypick one word out of the definition you provided. Which is hilarious, and shows how transparent your BS is.
 
Frankly, it's so sad to see someone so obsessed with a "gotcha" that they completely ignore common sense. Biden was trying to be honorable and make a "buck stops here" statement. The idea that he was deliberately trying to "deceive" people for such a statement is one that only exists in twisted, gotcha Yurtworld.

further, YOU are the one who said he was dishonest, not me. YOU. he was either telling the truth, or he wasn't. there was nothing ambiguous, misleading, deceptive about his statement. you, however, said he was dishonest (not honest).

I don't think his assessment was honest. But I don't think he was deliberately trying to deceive people; again, it was "buck stops here" statement.

I apprecate that you're desperate though. Oh - and you are definitely the gotcha king. It's not my thing. But you are obsessed w/ it, with pretty much every "leftie" poster. You offer nothing of value. As in, zero.

It means that his intent when he made the statement was to say "we own this thing now"..."the buck stops here." It wasn't to rewrite the history of what happened, and deliberately deceive people.

It's one of those simple but clear distinctions that your brain cannot process. I've seen it enough times at this point - many - to know that you are missing that part of whatever intellect you have.
