When I say "hand fishing", what do you see in your mind? Perhaps that's where the confusion starts. I'll take a wild guess here, but I suspect you have lived in the city your entire life and think corn comes from a can. Right?

You think those who hate Obama haven't figured out their arguments get more mileage if they claim it's all about his "policies" and not about him personally?

Don't you think that even RACISTS are smart enough to understand that claiming they hate him because he's black is stupid?

They're going to gain more supporters if they couch their personal hatred for the man behind rhetoric denouncing his "policies"?

LOL. Yeah, those kinds of people are always good at talking about policy. I used to love to watch them get red in the face because Bush gave more money than any other President previous to African nations to fight AIDS which they would viciously say was God's way of killing black people (of course those people used the n-word)... Yeah, policy they're good at "couching" things.

Detached is somebody who can look at the pictures of parade floats with images of Bush burning, movies actually made with scenes of his assassination, images of Bush at the guillotine, head in basket and tell me it equals what we see nowadays... these were regular images, not even "surprising" and often supported by people like Desh, many here (myself included) still think she's a great addition and a good democrat.

I haven't seen anything like that with Obama.

I think people need to realise that bush so screwed up america, americans and the world that no republican will enter the oval office unless a democratic president really screws up. So far Obama hasn't screwed up. Your economy is improving, you have increased the respect the world has for you and you have shown that there are, thankfully, many americans with a modicum of good sense.
The only thing that the Romneys etc are going to do is make campaign managers rich.
It really is nice to have you back.
