Authorities acknowledge that a "high-profile" attorney has sent a letter to the Palm Beach County Attorney's Office requesting that prosecutors consider criminal charges against Rush Limbaugh, who lives in and broadcasts from Palm Beach.


Under Florida law, questioning a woman's chastity is a criminal offense: "Whoever speaks of and concerning any woman, married or unmarried, falsely and maliciously imputing to her a want of chastity, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree."

I'd say there are some first amendment issues here. I happen to know the palm beach county state attorneys office pretty well. No charges will be filed against Linbaugh this time.

I think you want to either say "is calling a poster names," or perhaps "is calling posters names." The way it's written just doesn't work.

What is it about this issue that causes some people to positively revel in their own ignorance?

You, like Rush, are apparently incapable of understanding the mechanisms of hormonal contraception.

Given that information about hormonal contraception is widely available, I can only conclude that your ignorance is intentional.
