What about Bill Maher? I don't see the libs going after him for calling Palin the 'c' word, and he never even apologized.

Even after last week, I was supposed to be banished and finished and gone forever. Conservative talk radio was supposed to be dead and buried -- the last remaining opposition to Obama, by the way (plus some brave, courageous conservative bloggers). The conservative media at large, Obama's not so much concerned about them. Now, last week all this was supposed to work. Finally, the dream was to have come true! And instead what's happened? (chuckling) What's happened is... Here, grab audio sound bite number five. What has happened? We've got the polls. We've got the White House in panic. Gasoline prices! Talk radio, Limbaugh, were supposed to have been finally taken care of, banished and gone forever. No more serious opposition to Obama.

And instead here is Wolf Blitzer on CNN yesterday...

BLITZER: The latest casualty in the firestorm engulfing conservative radio talk show host Rush Limbuh (sic) could be the liberal comedian Bill Maher who's now getting a lot of heat from Republicans and some Democrats alike for his own recent inflammatory comments.

RUSH: "The latest casualty from the firestorm engulfing" me is not talk radio; it's their own Bill Maher. They're lamenting, "Oh, no, what's happened here? Now everybody's focusing on Maher and some of the other truly base, disgusting, vile everyday stuff coming from Democrat media people." That's now being looked at. That now is being examined. None of this was supposed to happen.

BREAK TRANSCRIPT

RUSH: It's kind of funny to ponder the question: "Will Bill Maher be the first casualty in the war on women?" Ha! Who woulda thought, folks? But there's old Wolf Blitzer (mumbling), "The first casualty... the latest casualty ... firestorm ... is Bill Maher!" So this mythical war on women takes out Bill Maher, perhaps.

Pinheads.... Really? You thought for a brief moment, that Rush calling some woman "slut" was going to end his career and he would be finished? Are you serious? You people actually DO think it is a winning strategy to run against social conservatism, don't you? Meanwhile, Rush is eating this shit up! His ratings are through the roof, as everyone in America has tuned in this week to see what he had to say... I'm sure some pinhead will chortle in here about some advertisers or stations dropping him, but I assure you, whoever did... was quickly replaced by one of the many in line waiting. All you idiotic moron fucktards did, was made Rush Limbaugh another few million bucks! Congrats!!

This is the funny bit, he's been dropped by as many people as can get away, including McDonalds and, wait for it, the US Army. Conservatives can giggle about how there's more waiting but it's pretty simple, Rush shot himself in the foot, everyone knows it and nobody wants to get blood on them.

As I predicted, a pinhead chortler!

Again... This week, Rush is enjoying the highest ratings for his show in the past 5 years. No one is giggling about the number of sponsors Rush has waiting in line to replace the few he lost... we're honestly giggling at the stupidity and naivete of pinheads! Rush didn't shoot himself in the foot, pinhead liberal morons opened the door into their noses again, like they always seem to do when they underestimate conservatives. That's where the blood is coming from... or perhaps, it's the blood of Bill Maher's big-ass nose? He seems to be the lone causality so far, in the War On Rush.

Cause Palin is a politician and considered fair game for the most part. But guess who has supported Rush Limbaugh's right to make the comments he made?

He's probably right. His comments on Donavan McNabb were equally disgusting. It cost him his job with MNF, which he probably never should of had in the first place, but it didn't affect his radio program.

You're trying to defend it, but think about it, the US Army, the people who make it their business to put large craters in other people's countries and bomb cities, they don't want to be associated with Rush.

I don't know, women are pretty disgusted and I am still getting updates on it from my feminazi sites and they are still pressuring his advertisers. How long can you last without advertisers on radio?

If you listen to his program, some of the advertisers they list as dumping him not only advertise there but actually pay him for personal advertisements during other shows. He has no shortage of ads currently.

You listen to his show? Well, news reports claim otherwise, who're those advertising, do you know? My news sources say they are unending public service announcements and ads for other clear channel shows, but no one is advertising. Clear Channel is losing revenue, and they are already in financial trouble.

I better listen to his show, arghhhhh!

Only now to listen for advertisers... I wanted to see if the predictions of his doom were remotely true. It really doesn't seem so.
