The Almighty
I read the Times article that said NBC investigated the incident and fired the producer responsible. That's enough for me. Also, I didn't say that there were separate rules of accountability. I said that the degree of accountability is proportional to income. I don't think that's a terribly controversial statement and your objection to it is just really weird.
Those two comments are contradictory. When you change the 'degree' of accountability based on 'income' (which is an absurd way to look at things) then you are saying there ARE separate rules of accountability.
Apparently, Dixie isn't the only one with a rise in his pants over the idea of a public flogging.
straw man... typical... nothing but ad hom and straw men from Dung.
I don't think it is out of the realm of possibility that the producer said it was an accident and NBC, not being omniscient like you and having no evidence to the contrary, just fired the producer without shipping him or her to GITMO for tor . . . enhanced interrogation to get the real truth.
Way to avoid answering the question. Do you honestly believe... that a tape can be edited 'accidentally' in such a manner? If you do, then you should indeed read what Cheadle had to say... because as he stated it is completely fabricated bullshit to call it an 'accident'. Either they edited the tape and never listened to the edited version prior to the Today show playing it or they specifically edited the tape to produce what they wanted it to say. Given that we know the tape was on their website several days prior to the Today show... I would say it is a pretty safe bet that someone at NBC listened to the edited version.
Your overly dramatic Gitmo crap is just yet another way you are trying to divert away from answering the question. Typical bullshit from Dung...
