Don't argue politics with a Liberal friend...

I had a conservative friend once. He was kind of a jerk.

I think conservatives are kind of jerks...

It's interesting that even as I am now surrounded by so many conservatives, I am drawn to liberals even when I don't know they are liberals! I just found out that someone I have become more and more friendly with, who I met through networking and now do a lot of business with, but also go out with personally (platonically), is a democrat. He's a business owner and I just assumed he was a Republican and then one night my friend Linda was saying she wanted me to come to all of these political events she gets invited to. But she's a Republican, and I finally told her, well, Linda, I'm not a Republican though. And then Dave says, yeah, me either. He's a big Democrat with a lot of union connections. I almost fell off my bar stool! Then I was like, you know what? No wonder we clicked like we did. Same thing with the other person who has become one of my closest friends who I also met networking.

It's weird.

My friends political leanings would make a political spectrum scatterplot look like a random shotgun patterning board. I will say that my closest friends are conservative....both democrats and republicans in that lot.

Real women don't compromise on their rights. You could have as soon as told a black guy in 1846 that you are willing to compromise on slavery and say that plantation owners cant whip their darkies and expect him to give you a big ole smile and slap on the ass for being a reasonable guy.

I laugh over your self-righteous claims of having lost respect for her. She doesn't give a shit. She doesn't need your patronizing approval. She's not gong to flower and grin under your approving gaze. Find a con woman for that shit.

I still can't believe Dixie has friends, let alone a liberal woman friend.

I am not at all surprised that you both have a lot of liberal women friends. Con men always like me too. Face it, you cons can't even stand your own women but you expect me to.

it's true, I really don't like conservative women.

:derp:
"I live in a very liberal state, it's SO weird how most people I meet and like are liberals"

honestly, in mass, meeting an "actual" conservative, is almost impossible. I don't think I've ever met one. (i.e. flag waving, super into guns, hates obama)

this is kind of interesting. Do men have to compromise on their rights?

I'm in the same boat. I've got alot of liberal female friends and for the most part, they all know i'm a fiscally conservative Libertarian with a lot of socially liberal positions, but we often avoid political discussions. It keeps everything we do talk about limited to just a few subjects. They do tell my wife that they are very concerned about my welfare by constantly criticizing the government and police all the time. it's sweet that they 'care', but very sad that they don't understand reality.

Oh conflating gun nuttiness with women's rights, I see.

Your right to swing your fist ends where my nose begins STY.
