What does the New Testament say about homosexuality? Short answer: "Nothing"

You don't have a clue to what 'neighbor' means in Jewish culture at the time. It means fellow Jews, not everybody on the planet. Since the Christians were almost all Jews at the time, and Jesus was a Jewish Rabbi, he was speaking as a Jew, not a 1960's hippie stoner in a play.
 
You can't just discard portions of the Bible to justify homosexuality or any other sexual perversion.
Leviticus's Abomination is Jewish law that applies only to male penetration.That's how Rabbis translate it! Doesn't apply to any other part of Same sex relationships
