Should Alejandro Mayorkas be executed?

United States Law states:

{any person who, operating outside of these laws, "brings to or attempts to bring" an alien to the U.S.; or who "transports, or moves" an alien within the U.S.; or who "encourages or induces an alien to come" to the U.S., has committed a felony. And if any of these violations results "in the death of any person," the person who brought, transported or induced the illegal "[shall] be punished by death." (8 U.S.C. 1324)}

Mayorkas imported millions of illegal aliens into the USA which resulted in thousands of deaths of American Citizens. Flying criminal aliens into our heartland in the the dead of night, Mayorkas directly contributed to the deaths of dozens of Americans, and indirectly to the deaths of thousands.

Based on the law, this is open and shut - Alejandro should get the needle - a gibbet would be far better - but we must work within the law - something Obama's Biden Junta never did.

In a just world democrats would be treated like Nazis were after WW2, tried for crimes against humanity.

Democrats are the party of hate and evil, and they use lies, fake news and propaganda to advance that hate and evil. They promote:

* Antisemitism
* Groomers (teachers and others who push abnormal sexual lifestyles onto little kids)
* Infanticide (abortion and late term abortion)
* Marxism/Socialism
* Child Genital Mutilation (aka Gender Affirmation surgery)
* Anti- Free Speech
* Anti-2nd Amendment (Anti-Constitution)
* CRT Hate & Racism
* Open Borders
* Destructive Monetary and Economic Policies
* High Taxes
* Tax Payer funded sex-changes for Illegal Aliens Prisoners

I could continue but those should be sufficient to horrify any good person who has even a minimal moral compass. Anyone who says that the Democrat Party does not support these things is an obvious liar. They are all provable beyond a shadow of a doubt. The Democrat Party ultimately must be designated as a hate group and dissolved. Their involvement in slavery, the Civil War, and the KKK terrorism should have caused them to be dissolved long ago.

I agree, but this is a specific case and the law outright calls for a penalty of death. There is no question of guilt.

Committing capital crimes was actually the policy of his department.
