Thomas Massie believes he's using the order to Shitnose Pammi to keep the files hidden under the pretense of "an open investigation".

I think that is undeniable if you follow the facts:

- He demands Pam open an investigation
- she then does it
- He then says he supports COngress voting to get the files from the Doj
- It is DoJ policy that Pam now cannot release the files until the investigation closes

Nothing above i say above is disputed by anyone including the magats.

Both Trump and Mike Johnson only changed their view as they already put the fix in to ensure they can cos play that they are on 'team reveal' while already ensuring nothing can or will be revealed.

The problem is, that when you are claiming that Trump's guilty as hell before any evidence is presented, and then the evidence comes out and Trump isn't guilty as hell--but you still want him to be--you end up in a conspiracy theory mode. It becomes something like,

Trump is guilty, he has to be! We just haven't found the evidence yet because somebody or thing is hiding it still...

The worst part of the Epstein files being released is starting to show already. Released, who else is going to get fingered as a perv or colluder with him?

It sounds more like the usual Trump. He's for it, then against it, then does it anyway. That sort of you never know where he's going with something is classic Trump. For most people, that sort of play on something is incredibly frustrating.

So you are saying the problem is the Magat M.O for investigations going back to Bill Clinton, on to Hillary and Obama and then Joe Biden, and now COmey and Letisha James where magats would claim they were guilty as hell, ...do investigations, ... find nothing or go to court and get laughed out but then magats would cry it was all just "process" and that the person was still guilty, while wanting yet more investigations?

You mean like that??

Because with Trump and those in his Admin and Campaign there is zero issue getting convictions when they get to court.
