Not relevant even if your claim is true, they had no idea how much ammo he had when they murdered him.
You cant shoot someone 8 times in the back because they are carrying a lot of ammo.

The shooting started within a second of an agent yelling "gun". The reason the gun was visible is because another ICE agent disarmed him.
Your claims are dishonest nonsense. Do you realize how ridiculous your claim is? If every suspect that struggled with any law enforcement was shot because their hands moved in the area of their waist, nearly every suspect would be dead.
You're doing what you always do - run cover for the shit that happens under Trump. Even the Trump admin has tried to sell your ridiculous claim and that says a lot, since they already lied about Pretti multiple times.

This is bigotry. Mass shooters oft times only use one magazine, but sometimes use more. Most are pretty slow at changing magazines, so they take several guns instead.
You don't get to speak for everyone.
So? You are not everyone. If all your magazines are loaded, and they are each 15 round magazines, then are have 80 rounds ready to go (75+1 chambered).
I usually only load my magazines just before going to shoot. I don't like to keep the magazine spring compressed for too long. It creates a soft feed when the gun cycles, and possible jamming (usually a stovepipe jam) on the last few rounds in the magazine.
If you are in one of those loser places that limit magazines to 10 rounds per magazine, that makes 55 rounds ready (50+1 chambered).
Guns are used for many legal purposes besides hunting.
I have personally prepared over 100 shells for my mortars in a single week. That and the rest of the team developed and prepared over 1000 shells in the same week.
I use a cut charge in the cannon, since it's only for display purposes. The ball doesn't have to go far.

You have McConnell and McCarthy both standing on the Congress floor and saying how Trump bears responsibility for the attack on Congress and the entire country as witness.
You then bring in Garland who was NEVER going to investigate the leadership of the insurrection until forced by Trump announcing he was running for POTUS, two years later.
Garland was ok just going after the little people, every day suckers while not investing the powerful leaders.
If on his first day as AG he said 'we all witnessed what happened Jan 6th and i am appointing a Special Counsel to get to the bottom of it' there is not one person, who is not a magat cultist, who would have seen that as political with McCarthy and McConnell calling for it.

ya his strategy was to go after the foot soldiers only (those who attacked the Capital) but none of the leadership or those who organized the fake Electors State by State, which is why many States FINALLY launched actions against fake electors as they realized Garland was not going to do it.
But once Trump announced he was running for POTUS Garland said that forced his hand to launch that investigation. had Trump not run i think Garland would have never launched a Special COunsel out of his desire to not look political. He would have preferred to just move past it all.

A mass shooter would carry hundreds of rounds. Basically as many rounds as he can carry. 20 rounds would be far too few.

Pretti was not armed, so at best killing him was a mistake. That makes it not "righteous."

That's exactly what happened. He was resisting arrest, had been disarmed and was never a threat to the ice agents, yet they put 10 bullets in him.
