Yea, same here. My fringe benefits are more then 10 KPY of my total compensation package. But still, working for a company with a top down management structure is discouraging in this day and age.

mines about 40% and at 50 I have skates on that my not roll for 5 yrs.

they pay bou cou in the HES dept for quys with HAZMAT experience

the benies are sic

pension about equal to a seriously funded 401K
medical savings
5 wks vacation at my level
almost full medical, I pay a small fee for wife and 23yr old student
there's more but these are the ones that matter for me.

But we provide the gas for a huge % of drivers.

Smuckers makes the list again. I work about half a mile away from there. I honestly thinkthe company I work for could make the list too but we are not as large. The whole town of Orrville is a very happy place.
