The Oshkosh resident turns 100 on Oct. 31 and it's a milestone in more ways that one. Not only is she turning triple digits, but she's also still working. "I talked to the woman who waited on me for my license and I told her that I bought a new broom. I really don't think she comprehended that I was turning 100," Cartwright said.
