At least 2 of those pictures are from Canada. Both of the ones with the fat ass in a motorized chair are from the Canadian show Kenny vs. Spenny, where Kenny pretends to be a disgusting fat asshole to troll people. It was a great success.
I like the idea of garlic mashed taters on a stick and Bloomin' Hestenthall was offering bacon and egg flavoured ice cream at his restaurant the 'Daft Duck' or whatever it was called.
