So how did this happen, Maryland has some of the most restrictive gun laws in the country. Since Oct. 1, Maryland has banned the sale of nearly all semi-automatic rifles, plus magazines that hold more than 10 bullets. The state has implemented steps intended to make it more difficult for those who are mentally ill to obtain firearms. And Maryland now requires new gun buyers to undergo training and submit digital fingerprints to state police.

According to news reports, the shooter apparently didn’t use one of those horrible “assault rifles” of which the Left complains, he used a Joe Biden approved shotgun.

Plus the mall is a gun-free zone....
