Diversity Makes Greatness
"A pickup truck parked at the United States Capitol and bearing a Three Percenter militia sticker on the day of the Jan. 6 riot belongs to the husband of freshman U.S. Rep. Mary Miller of Illinois, who approvingly quoted Adolf Hitler a day earlier.

Researchers on Twitter first noticed the Ford pickup truck with the far-right militia’s decal parked on the Capitol grounds in footage posted to social media and taken by CBS News.

The presence of a vehicle with a militia decal so close to the Capitol, inaccessible to normal vehicle traffic, raised questions about how it got there—and whether it belonged to any of the hundreds of suspects involved in the deadly riot.

But in an email to The Daily Beast, Chris Miller, Rep. Miller’s husband and a member of the Illinois House of Representatives, conceded the truck belonged to him even as he pleaded ignorance about the militia group."

"Elected last November, Mary Miller, a Republican, is perhaps best known for speaking at a “Moms for America” rally in front of the Capitol one day before the riot. “Hitler was right on one thing: whoever has the youth has the future," she told the crowd. "

" He says he “never was member” of the militia and “didn’t know anything about 3% till fake news started this fake story and read about them.” "

If it was fake news then why did he pay any attention to it?

And if it was fake news then why did he take action based on it and remove the decal?

Is he in the habit of acting on fake information as if it was real?

So... a political couple deeply immersed in alt-rightwing politics is given a 3%er bumper sticker, puts it on their truck which happens to be parked in a restricted area near the Capitol on the day of the #InsurrectionOfJan6 -- but he had no clue what a three-percenter is. Right, and I'm Shakespeare. lol

Hello ThatOwlWoman,

So... a political couple deeply immersed in alt-rightwing politics is given a 3%er bumper sticker, puts it on their truck which happens to be parked in a restricted area near the Capitol on the day of the #InsurrectionOfJan6 -- but he had no clue what a three-percenter is. Right, and I'm Shakespeare. lol

He's a pretty bad liar...

GOP congresswoman's husband, whose truck had Three Percenters decal, says he never heard of armed group before

""She and her family were in no way involved in the violent attacks and she continues to pray for the healing of our nation," Miller's spokesperson said.

While continuing to explain that he has no personal ties with the group, Chris Miller told the Daily Beast that he received the Three Percenters sticker from a friend and "thought it was a cool decal," but eventually took it off because of the negative publicity. "

Yeah, I call B. S !!!

Read on:

"While Miller has repeatedly insisted that he’s never been a member of the militia group, the decal is not the first time he’s been connected to the Three Percenters' logo, which consists of the Roman numerals for the number three.

During a rally last year railing again the Illinois’ COVID restrictions, Miller stood in front of several flags and posters, including a Three Percenters banner and a QAnon sign, which can be seen in a Facebook video he uploaded, while calling House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker "domestic enemies."

"It’s time to take our country back. It’s time to take our state back," Miller said during the rally. "There’s always a silver lining in every so-called crisis and the silver lining here is we’re able to identify our enemies both foreign and domestic."

At that event, Miller also took shots at 2016 Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton and President Joe Biden, calling them by the derisive nicknames former President Donald Trump coined for them. "

Oops!

BUSTED.
