3 year old tests positive for meth

THis is a link to an El Paso TV station news broadcast. The woman that the report talks about is the Petitioner in a case in which our office represents the Respondent. We were in court in October trying to get interim custody of the children. The woman's own mother testified that her daughter admitted using heroin and the judge still took the kids from our client only to have the police come and take them away later because of meth and other stuff.
