This one from Texas A&M, and like the others, it found that masks are absolutely critical in preventing the spread of COVID. They estimate that wearing masks prevented more than 66,000 infections in NYC in less than a month.

And this is supported by anecdotal evidence all over the world.

But are Trump & Fox too dug in on this to change their messaging? Trump should be out there every day hyping this. The studies have stated that universal compliance can basically eliminate the possiblity of a 2nd & 3rd wave - which would do wonders for the economy.

So, do conservatives support economic growth, or not? Can they admit they were wrong on this?

It's good to hear doctors, dentists, food service, surgeons, infectious disease researchers, hazmat, and guys who sand and grind stuff for a living haven't been wearing masks for 100 years for no good reason. What a fucking "duh"

I reject the word universal when it comes from a leftist.

But, feel free to wear one. I promise to stay 10 feet away from you

If I stay 10 feet away from you and you wear a mask, you have ZERO percent chance of catching it. Let's not forget that I don't have it so.......

I love that argument. It's sort of like saying 'you are free to drive sober so you don't kill me, but I demand that you allow me to drive drunk so I can kill you'.

Of course - it's become symbolic for you guys.

History will not look on that w/ kindness. We can all work together to end this thing - which I'd figure you would want, since you've been ranting about shutdowns and all of the economic hardship they bring.

But you're a loyal Fox viewer, and see them as "talismans of oppression."

It's the smallest ask in the world. No logic to your position, whatsoever.

I don't want to work with leftists. I hate leftists like you as much as I hate muslimes. You are my enemy. If you catch COVID and die I won't care

You don't get to define what is or is't a small ask of me. Wear your mask. I will not.

I'm not for defunding or abolishing police forces. Monetary disincentive for officers who commit crime, I'm absolutely for that.
Take their damn pay and most of the pension, depending on what happened. No cops? No way.
