Percentage of Americans who believe “Saddam Hussein’s regime in Iraq was directly involved in planning, financing, or carrying out the terrorist attacks of September 11th, 2001,” according to a new Newsweek poll. The number is up 5 points from Sept. 2004.

Twenty percent of Americans say they believe today that the U.S. has found chemical and biological weapons in Iraq.

Who knows? Statistical fluke? Or more Bush propagnda? Have you noticed how, recently, the bush adminstration is dropping the word "insurgent", to describe the guerilla war in Iraq? Now, they're using the word "al qaeda" instead of "insurgent".....as if every iraqi resisting the occupation is "al qaeda"
