Reign was sitting inside a parked car, and her father was standing outside when they were both hit by gunfire early Sunday morning. Chicago police said the shooting happened on South Campbell near Jackson just after 3:30 a.m.

Example of this... is the old white man that shot but didn't kill the black kid on his porch...the left here posted about it and CNN talked about on prime time
