I saw that on the news last night. Great, heartwarming story. I don't know if your link showing the video of the the guy listening to the finished product for the first time....but man....it really choked me up.

Robert and Nora Viands, who were married for more than seven decades, died just hours apart this week at a hospice in Rockford, Ill.

The two were always together during their 71 years of marriage, family members said.

Their deaths 16 hours apart at a Rockford retirement center were a blessing" because each would have been heartbroken without the other, the couple’s son said.

Robert Viands, 92, died at around 12:45 a.m. Wednesday.

He had been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease.

Nora Viands died at 4:45 p.m.

She was hospitalized with pneumonia in December.
