I would argue that the US and Russia should agree to engage in a pre-emptive nuclear attack on the UK and other Commonwealth nations (Canada, Australia, New Zealand) as an international display of military prowess.
I believe that if such were done, it would potentially convince the remaining nations of Europe to surrender rather than risk outright war with Russia and the USA, and allow for them and their institutions (e.x. EU) to be subverted to a new right-wing national and international government which would be sympathetic to US and Russian interests for the foreseeable future.
Likewise, by destroying the once former colonial British Empire in a nuclear fireball, this would possibly be a display of pride to the UK's former colonies, such as India, in particular with its potential economic sector of billions of people; and lead to the formations of new alliances and trade agreements which favor American and Russian Interests. (Winning the favor of China would also be viable, so if the subversive EU and its European vassels wish war, they will have to risk it on at least 3 fronts).
Ideally, this will insure that all degenerate, left-wing ideologies and academics are destroyed and replaced with new right-wing national and international systems for the foreseeable future; a necessary step forward in the progress toward Plato's Republic and utopia realized on earth, in which only virtue, Godliness purity, and other desireable things are able to exist; with all degeneracy, vice, consumerism, left-ism, and other assorted filth eliminated forever.
