A couple of takeaways from the Georgia Senate debate.

Kelly Loeffler refused to say several times that tRump lost the election. Her entire campaign is based on undying loyalty to tRump. Oddly enough, tRump supported another candidate in the recent election.

The other Republican Senator -David Perdue- didn't bother to show up. This makes TWICE that he has refused to debate John Ossoff. In their first debate before the election, Ossoff hammered Perdue on his millions of dollars in stock trading after a private senate Corona virus meeting (Loeffler sold stocks after the meeting as well). As a result, Perdue cancelled out of the second debate before the general election and cancelled out of this runoff debate as well.

It will be interesting to see if tRump's continued voter fraud nonsense impacts voter turnout in Georgia.

As with everything Trump touches the situation is quite bizarre.

The logical part of me says there should be absolutely no question that anyone who does not completely renounce and denounce Trump is complicit in destroying the fabric of our society and trust in our government.

Voting against the Republican Senators in GA should be an easy call.

The right thing to do is vote them out, put the Democrats in.

But the general voting populace of America does not agree.

The populace has been wishy washy.

The message sent by American voters is that we want to replace Trump with Biden, but we don't want to give Biden the Democratic Senate that would allow him the power to do what he wants to do.

The message is we are tired of having a powerful president and we are tired of having things happen that we don't like, so we want to stop things from happening.

American voters to government: "Push the pause button."

"We need time to think and figure out who we are."

"We are all mixed up."

I have a hard time envisioning GA voters electing Democratic Senators.

But it sure would be cool if they did.

Both Republican Senators traded Stocks on information they got as Senators. The difference is, Perdue is ashamed and can't face the heat ... while Loeffler sits there smiling, knowing that Georgia Voters would rather have her as their Senator (a Crook) than Warnock, a Black guy.
