Instead of working on the Covid pandemic resulting from his own incompetence, tRump has instead decided to do a Fox Virtual Medical Examination being conducted by a Fox contributing doctor no less. Here are a couple of tidbits:

"They always overstate the problem and they always make it seem like the world is going to end,” Siegel said of the World Health Organization on Fox News in late*February, characterizing the global health group as a "bunch of alarmists" despite a death count that has topped 1 million worldwide."

Siegel backed Trump's promotion of hydroxychloroquine as a remedy for Covid-19, saying in a*July*op-ed that politics drove the Food and Drug Administration's decision to revoke its emergency use authorization for the drug on June 15, ignoring studies that showed it was ineffective against the disease.

CRUCIAL QUOTE

"I watch you all the time and I watch—you're almost like my guide to this, because, frankly, you really have a good take on it," Trump said to Siegel during a*July*interview. This was the same interview when Trump infamously said, "Person, woman, man camera TV," when describing a standard cognitive screening test that he claimed was "difficult."

The bottom line is that this is the same doctor who said that Covid was no worse than the flu, and any that Covid related deaths would be MINIMAL.

If WHO is right that only one in twenty SARS-COV2 infections have been detected then this coronavirus IS on par with the flu so far as the current death rate goes.

The death rate closing in on a quarter-million deaths. Is that the death rate you are referring to? You know Trump told Woodward he knew it was more virulent and transmissible than previous flus. And he did nothing.
