Build a better box. How hard is that to understand?
No matter how good you make the "box," when you have someone in it that has nothing but time to figure out how to beat it, they will.
Can you guarantee that no innocent people have been or will be executed? If not, what is an acceptable number? 1 out of 10? 1 out of 100? Out of 1000?
No, but no justice system is perfect. I would say that 1 in 100 to 1 in 1000 is perfectly acceptable. Aside from that, virtually all of those today facing death sentences are far beyond reasonable doubt in terms of guilt.
