It takes guts to do this to your entire team. To take a stand for what is right. To help the young men in this case learn a valuable lesson, teaching them to be responsible for their actions (or in some cases inaction). To take a stand against bullying. Kudos to this coach, the admin for supporting it, the parents and kids for understanding that this was the right action to take... no matter what it might cost on the field.
