The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Friday shows that 30% of the nation's voters now Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as President. Thirty-eight percent (38%) Strongly Disapprove giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -8

It is important to remember that the Rasmussen Reports job approval ratings are based upon a sample of likely voters. Some other firms base their approval ratings on samples of all adults. President Obama’s numbers are always several points higher in a poll of adults rather than likely voters. That’s because some of the President’s most enthusiastic supporters, such as young adults, are less likely to turn out to vote.

2010 is likely to be a banner year for the GOP in congress, and is they embrace their conservative roots, will cause the pendulum to swing far right, just in time for 2012. :)

If the pendulum swings any further to the right it will break off and destroy the clock.

I believe that we will regain many seats in both the house and the senate. The White House is another ball game all together.

Speculate all you want. We will see.

I seem to recall a lot of rightwingnut Bush-lovers declaiming that their Master's low poll numbers proved his noble willingness to put the public interest above political expediency.

Health care reform will pass this year, and when people experience the benefits and realize the GOP lied to them again, the backlash will go to the right, not the pendulum.

Get used to being a minority party.

Become?

The GOP has been the minority party (in terms of seats in Congress) for some time now.

LMAO

Wishing and hoping and
thinking and praying,
planning and dreaming
each night of your rule
that won't get the job done,
so if you're looking to find something
you can share,
you gotta get something done....

Twenty years of the worst republican buffoons, with economic collapse as the final accomplishment, an illegal war that killed thousands and wasted billions, and a failure to help our own citizens in Katrina. WOW!

You fools keep singing above and keep posting nonsense as your turn came and you failed miserably.

Conservatives are insane.

First proof: Consider that insanity is defined as doing the same thing Wednesday that failed to work on Monday. Reagan reduced taxes, the economy tanked. Bush Jr reduced taxes the economy tanked.

Second proof of conservative insanity. The economy did well from FDR till Reagan, after Reagan started the destruction of the middle class, the downward slide began. But who is the hero to conservatives? You guessed it, our worst president in the modern era. Ronald Reagan. http://www.opednews.com/articles/Ronald-Reagan-Worst-Presi-by-Robert-Parry-090605-584.html

Third proof conservatives are insane. When given power from Reagan till Bush Jr they failed. They held the strings of government and could not govern. Proofs: economy, job loss, war, and debt.

Fourth proof: they condemn others and label them and yet constantly get caught with young boys, feet under bathroom stalls, and side trips to mistresses as they condemn others.
