Read your response, no 3. Welfare as you rightys keep crying about ended in 1996. Clinton passed a bill that ended welfare as an entitlement. People must be working by 2 years. There is a 5 year lifetime of benefits. The Reds will cry about programs that help the poor and rally behind tax cuts for billionaires.
