A police officer was brutally attacked, what should happen?

Officer Michael Fanone was brutally attacked, dragged down steps, beaten with metal pipes, tazed in the neck, and sprayed with pepper spray, while onlookers chanted, "Kill Him". Daniel Rodriquez was arrested for this attack and using the stun gun on the officers neck. He had a trial and was found guilty. He was sentenced to 12 years for this attack on a police officer.

Is 12 years enough or was the judge too soft on him?

Oh my, the fake lawyer thinks he's clever.

On, and probably a full 2% of your post is factual... Fanone probably shouldn't have thrown a protester off a 3 story balcony, breaking his back and paralyzing him - that can tend to incite crowds who think they will be the next victims of his brutal assault...

Citation? Or did you make that up. Even if he did, would that justify what this group of people did to this police officer?

Citation?

Exactly.

Or did you make that up.

I know you didn't flat out make up the Fanone story - you just twisted it beyond recognition.

Even if he did, would that justify what this group of people did to this police officer?

Really? So people are not allowed to protect themselves when thugs move from bombardment with CS gas to physical assault?

Try again.

Imagine him having to go to bed at night knowing what he did... What is he doing these dsys... Wife has an in home daycare ....

This is simple. The arrest of Maduro didn't go the way the Fake Lawyer and the rest of the Marxist party hoped. Their pro-Maduro protests were met by Venezuelans who were not amused by the democrat support of a brutal dictator.

The DNC media did their best to lie, but in this age there are millions with cell phones who expose the lying scum of the party press. So video proof shows the massive and overwhelming support Trump has.

Jeri the Fake Lawyer and the subhumans of the democrat party are desperate to attack.... All they can think of is the stale old trope of J6 - which as far as the Marxists are concerned, is the only day in all recorded history.

But Jeri is DESPERATE for a distraction...

You have some evidence Fanone was doing those things? Self defense is a valid defense, why did he not present that at Trial?
