Can't remember where I came upon it. Searched google images yesterday. There's actually a bunch going around. I doubt you saw this one, as there weren't probably that many people dead by now.

I dunno. I typed something into google images - didn't have anything to do with Bush - and this came up. I then looked for others like it, but this was the best. Thought it was cool, and put it as my avatar.

Actually they outlawed using the images without the permission of the families, not the collage itself.

No, images of the soldiers for commercial purposes are disallowed... as far as I understand it. This includes using them for "anti-war" pictorials or pretty much anything else, without permission from their families. The one we have been speaking about was created when the dead reached a little over 400 and no such laws were in place.

I am unsure if the laws exclude the news, but they may not.
