What did they mean that the South Welsh "sound like they're a bit drunk"?
I thought it was a prerequisite for being from South Wales.

Some people think that South Wales and Indian accents sound similar. They do like to drink in Wales though, outside of cities like Cardiff and Swansea there isn't much else to do apart from sheep of course.
