In 2024, trump got 50.2% of the vote. It is hardly the huge landslide that the party of trump claims, but it was a definite win. Harris is doing the right thing in supporting a peaceful transfer of power, as written in our Constitution.

In 2020, Biden got 51.3% of the vote. If 50.2% is a landslide, I guess 51.3% is an even bigger landslide. At that time the party of trump called upon VP Pence to overturn the election, and even went so far to storm The Capitol Building to try to take over the government. Where were the trump calls for peaceful transfer of power then?

While not legally required to attend Biden's inauguration, trump was required by custom. Once again, trump refused to endorse the customs of a peaceful transfer of power.
