Oh my god, an email went out to some people that were exempt from the deal. WHAT COULD THEY DO, THEY WERE VICTIMS OF GETTING AN EMAIL THAT DIDN'T APPLY TO THEM. THE HUMANITY!! That's never happened before.

For anyone not aware, yes, an email went out to ATC's but no they are not and WERE NOT EVER included in the buy out offer. The policy did not include ATC at all from the very first second the EO was signed.

These morons are complaining about an email that the ATC's did receive in error. If they were not already aware they were exempt, it took them 2 minutes to find out. ROFL Just another example of the completely idiotic dumbass drones jumping all over something every single person has dealt with many times. FOOLS

The offer was made to all federal employees. Later trump started making vague rescinding of offers. In any sane contract law, you cannot do that.

According to your link, trump made the offer to air traffic controllers on January 28th, and then rescinded it on February 2nd. The crash happened on January 30th.

So the offer was out there when the plane crash happened.

Beyond that, taking the offer requires those that take the offer to trust that trump will honor the offer. There is 7 months that employees will fail to do their job, with the promise they will not be punished, and in fact will be fully paid. If trump is rescinding offers that people have already accepted, there is no way to trust him.

Clearly trump realizes he made a horrible mistake, and is trying to figure out ways to undo this.

ATC was only excluded almost a week later. The offer was already made by that time, and could have already been accepted.

The email went out on Tuesday, and they only realized it went out in error on Sunday? Given that they were rushing employees to agree, it is silly to rescind the offer so late.

Everyone keeps telling trump that this rushing around will only waste money, and make for terrible decisions. Get the details right is the way to go.

The workers offered the buy out aren't essential...they can choose to believe him, or not...
If they're dedicated workers, they will...If they're federal employees just taking up space and just doing the minimum to get by, they may not...remember who they worked for the last four years...
