APP - air force to get rid of a-10 warthog so they can spend more money on money pit f-35

The Air Force isn't concerned with the air needs of the Army and never will be. But the A-10 is too old and outdated to perform its role as a anti-tank platform.
 
I know they are used more for SEAD, so they are more concerned with taking down SAM sites with A-10s than they are with eliminating tanks and other ground forces
 
what foolishness, maybe they think that the a-10 may be replaced by anti-tank missiles launched from rotary wing aircraft

One of things you'll see in the country sides of Great Britain will be these little building placed out in nowhere. Some look like little chaples, some look like little watch towers etc. They seem to the viewer, and they really are quite useless. They are called Follies: they are constructions that simply spend money to provide receipts for budget grants . . .

you mean like purchasing tanks that the military neither wants nor needs?
