Yes, I think it should be legal to be racist. I think everyone should have freedom of association. And I think the move towards Fascism we're now seeing in America and Europe is a result of forcing multiracialism on white people.
However, this doesn't mean the (((ADL))) alone is the problem. The problem is also people like Trump who are speeding up the move towards Fascism.
