AND that also stems from the corruption of so-called representatives from money in politics. It is the root of all the propaganda which benefits corporations.
 
It is not the existence of money that is the problem. The right-wing supreme court allowed money to be free speech and permitted corporations and the wealthy to dominate election advertising. The Roberts court is the most pro-corporate of all time. Who thought they would not open our politics to the power of money?

Bribery is not free speech. Bad decision.
 
Teddy Roosevelt warned us about the wealth and money passed through generations. He said it was different "in kind" from money earned by a guy with a great idea. We do not begrudge a person like that from making a fortune. But his family and generations after are not the same. They inherit wealth and power and want more. They are a threat to America as the founders created it. That is why he started the inheritance tax and trust-busting. That has been demolished by Repubs since then.
