I mean I am sure it is a pure coincidence that Billy met with Lynch while his wife Crooked Hillary is being investigated right? Pure coinky dink
 
Lynch says that she and Billy talked about grandchildren, because you know people do that all the time. They hold up airplanes to talk about Grandchildren.

I suspect Billy said "Hey, Loretta, please don't indict Chelsea's kids grandma"
 
Some people are now coming up with the theory he did this on purpose knowing it would look bad so as to get a special prosecutor appointed which would delay things even further.
 
That's a plausible theory for a plan B. Plan A was 'remember what happened to Vince'. Either way, sly Billy Bob is sly.
