Murdered is an opinion based in how you see the facts, ran over clearly did not happen.
 
It's sad to see many MAGA's line up behind Trump to mischaracterize this. Not all, but many, at least online.

First, in no way is she "trying" to hit him. But even beyond that, she is clearly turning away from him, and really just brushes against him, at a very low speed. He doesn't even lose his footing.

It's easy to armchair QB, but I don't see how he could have thought his life was in danger. If he did, he would have jumped back further instead of taking aim & firing (imo).

The position of the car wheels are a big problem for the Ice Agent, as is his drawing his gun when he did, he also left the scene of a homicide and removed evidence.
