With appeals most workers will be dead before they collect. I am disappointed that the award was so low. But if Wal-Mart appeals all bets are off.

Well, its something. Hopefully they won't continue to take advantage of people. I think IH8 mentioned that his wife went through that when she worked there.

She might be able to get a chunk of that depending on the type of lawsuit.
