Diversity is the language of fools. Much like income equality and wage inequality. It requires the denial of reality and a world built on a utopian fantasy.

We should be color blind. It shouldn't matter as long as the person is qualified for doing the best job, is law abiding and a benefit to society. When you start using quotas in your decision making, it leads to failure and third world, Fascist shit holism.
