Anyone here ever been to Havana or anywhere in Cuba? Was your experience the same? This was written by actress Julia Styles and is in todays WSJ. I've never been to Cuba but reading this makes it sound like they are living in a time warp of some sort.

I went to Gitmo. I can't say anything about the time warp, but the snorkeling was fantastic.
