Well, it's official: Al Gore hasn't declared he's running for president. On the other hand, he did share in an Oscar (TM) for Best Documentary Feature.
I thought he may have left the door open once again after the feint announcement .... but after the show he was adamant about not having plans to ever run for office again. I am now convinced that he means it. On to the next Energy candidate ... Richardson.
