He's not but good chance he runs in 2020 and I bet you he would have beaten Trump in '16.

Nah, he'll be too old, and given what we know now, doubtful he would have won the Democrat primary in 2016, wouldn't be surprised if some day we know that is why he decided not to run

High probability anybody but Clinton would have beaten Trump, but you have to give credit where it is due, the GOP, not Trump, did a good job early framing the Clinton image so that voters where left with a negative view, made it a lesser to evils. And we do have those extra activities that are being investigated at the moment

He had love (to my knowledge) from the black community because of his ties to Obama and he had working class roots that would appeal to working class whites where Hillary couldn't. I mean obviously we'll never know but I think he definitely had would have had a good chance.

“Bill Clinton … associated with a man like Jeffrey Epstein, who everyone in New York, certainly within his inner circles, knew was a pedophile. Why would a former president associate with a man like that?” said Conchita Sarnoff of the Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit Alliance to Rescue Victims of Trafficking, Fox reported. Ms. Sarnoff also authored a book on Mr. Epstein titled “TrafficKing.”

That's debatable, you do know that for years they gave it out for free, it does have some good opinion writers but I don't think it makes any pretense of being nonpartisan
