Once the Libya lie was unfolding and they couldn't hang on to the movie anymore, the libtards turned to "The GOP cut funding". Although no funding was ever cut.

Now we find out that the State Department was sitting on $2 billion in security funds it didn't spend. Way to go OWEBama, unless of course the buck doesn't stop with you?
