I am beginning to wonder if Muller was a patsy in all of this and just the face of it. I am beginning to think he didn’t actually do anything and left it to Crooked Hillary cronies.

He clearly didn’t write the summary. He clearly didn’t write the letter and he most definitely didn’t write the words he spoke during his press conference the other day.
