If that's the case then you mean he followed your crazy conspiracy theories and walked into the capitol (he wasn't charged with attacking anyone or thing).
The conspiracy was a fact. Trump actually organized the insurrection. He has badly damaged over 600 people who are going to court. They all should have been forced to pay for the damage to the capitol and pay for medical treatment of the police.
Just strolled into the capitol during an insurrection. Why would anyone think that was bad? Capitol trashed, 140 police injured. Just a harmless stroll.

What's even more ridiculous with his sentence is that Chewy did the exact same thing at the Arizona state capitol like two months earlier. Walked in with some other protesters looking pretty much like he did on Jan 6, wandered around with a security guard in tow, and even met with a few state representatives then left.
The guy's a nut, a kook, but not some insidious, dangerous revolutionary hell bent on killing people. 41 months is an asinine sentence handed down by a capricious asshole of a judge.

There was no "insurrection" you delusional fool. It was a roughly three hour riot.
You are making no sense and showing desperation. He got 41 months for helping organize the insurrection. He had a bullhorn and urged and prodded people to damage the capitol and attack politicians.

There was no insurrection, it was a riot. The sentence was disproportionate to what we saw on the mass of video he actually did.
