This isn't surprising. There are few donated organs to go around. Patients who comply with transplant protocols will rank higher on the list than those who don't. In some cases they'll be outright denied. Example: A kidney transplant candidate who refuses to maintain his/her weight, won't follow diet protocols, isn't compliant with taking medications. Why waste a precious organ on someone who likely will not be compliant with taking their anti-rejection meds?

My example shows that vaccinated people can still contract and transmit covid just like unvaccinated people can. COVID does not discriminate.
