Just watching the Antiques Roadshow and someone brought along an 1837 Patterson Colt that he bought over 40 years ago for £150. The expert said it was the most important gun, ever in the US, and he valued it at around £150,000.

Depends on a lot of stuff, but they're typically $80,000 or so here.

I don't know what the English market is like, but here in that condition that's topping out at $90k, probably closer to $75k at auction.
