The Ukraine is at war, under Martial Law, being attacked daily by Russians drones and missiles, did you think they were going to stop everything to conduct an election? Zelensky was scheduled before the war to run last year and has committed to an election once hostilities end. When he last ran he got 73% of the vote and currently has an approval rate of 57%. I think Ukrainians have more pressing priorities than having an election

Overdue little over six months, and the Ukraine has a partial parliamentary government, they legislature could call for an election, but apparently unlike you, they know their priorities
